Privacy & submissions
How this first version handles information sent through the website.
Current submission handling
Working notice: owner review is still required. The original draft Privacy Policy remains unpublished in WordPress. This page describes the submission setup and is not legal advice.
The review form asks for a submission type, contact name, email, subject, details, a source link if available, and consent for the team to review the information.
Submissions are saved privately in the WordPress administration area through Elementor Pro. They do not automatically create public articles or listings. Administrators can review them before publication.
The form’s optional IP-address and browser metadata collection is disabled. A hashed request address is retained temporarily for up to ten minutes to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and security systems may keep separate request logs; their details still need owner review.
Share only what is needed
Do not submit identification documents, financial details, medical information or other sensitive personal information. Do not send someone else’s personal contact details without permission.
The team should obtain permission before publishing contact details. Your reply email is not automatically added to a public listing.
The owner still needs to confirm hosting providers, analytics and cookie use, access arrangements, retention periods and any applicable privacy requirements before publishing a final privacy policy.
